Leverage

I was reminded at Jiu-Jitsu today that sometimes there are news ways of going about things which take advantage of leverage you didn’t know you had.

It’s easy and natural to resort to our default patterns.

What happens when those patterns are wasting your time and energy.

You could carry on as you were, or you could seek leverage; the maximum you can juice out of a situation without breaking anything.

Sometimes maximum leverage requires you to bend in strange and uncomfortable ways, but the rewards are undeniable.
